Becoming a coach can be a very fulfilling role not only allowing you to influence your own children’s lives but the lives of many more you will associate with by helping them develop and grow as players and people.
Should you choose to become a coach for Bribie Tigers you will assist in shaping our players development and their sporting potential by:
- Creating the right conditions for learning to happen.
- Providing encouragement and motivating our players.
- Analysing performances and games.
- Providing instruction in relevant game skills.
- Providing an environment in which our player can find the full enjoyment of the game.
Bribie Tigers understands that undertaking any voluntary role can sometimes be difficult with time restraints, which is why we have spent a lot of time focusing on support systems for our coaches, from on field assistance to continuing professional development.
Our coaches not only have a love and passion for football, but they are great role models, good communicators and enjoy engaging with children and young people.
